At Camellia Wedding Gown, we want you to feel confident and beautiful on your special day. If your gown is not the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible unworn, unaltered bridal wear in its original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our bridal support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gown

  Carefully place the unworn, unwashed gown back into its original garment bag and shipping box with all designer tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the gown to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
